The Assessment Coordinator's handbook is designed to help a Coordinator prepare for a smoothly run assessment. It is an easy-to-use, yet thorough set of two checklists for planning the tasks involved in the training and on-site periods of an SEI-style assessment.
The handbook is offered as a useful tool for those responsible for the innumerable tasks of an assessment. The detailed checklists and schedules included in this handbook come from the author's years at the SEI helping in the development of the assessment method based on the Capability Maturity Model and in conducting numerous assessments.
